ICC PLAN TO ARREST UHURU AND RUTO HAS CAUSED PANICK AMONG SUPPORTERS

The recent speculation that British  goverment was planning to arrest president kibaki after his retirement has caused panick a mong Uhuru and Ruto surpoters.The fact that charges against the four is about to kick off, everyone has been left guesing when will Ocampo land on the four   kenyans.This would happen at a time kenyans are preparing to go for general elections  and the have already declared their interest in the forthcoming elections.The question is are the four going to be arrested or would surrender?ourcourse these are law a biding citizens that would not wait to be arrested by the ICC.
